Unique Blends was born out of the need to find something herbal to support our anxiety and daily stresses. With juggling work, family and life the search for a herbal remedy to ease the mental chaos, we began researching supplements and home made remedies. we came across adaptogens and had not heard of them before, when we researched the health and wellness benefits we began making our own tea using drawstring bags from our kitchen!
we used these for several months , trying different flavours and herbs before we thought that we would actually look into working alongside a master blender and creating our own wellness brand.
We decided to much our CALM & SLEEP TIGHT blends as a 28 day supply as new things usually take 21 days and over to feel the benefit. Our tea is aimed at supporting mental focus, anxiety and many more health and wellness benefits.
