New Year of Wellness with Unique Blends 

Do you use the New Year as an opportunity to reset goals and get back on track? In the past, we all chose resolutions and brainstormed the ways we can better ourselves in the coming year. These included exercising daily, losing weight, eating out less, getting rid of negative people from our lives and setting new goals! I loved the idea of a new and improved me, but this year has been a bit different. Many people’s priorities have become basic need like keeping a job, affording essentials, battling with their mental health and having human interaction. It’s not surprising that this year many people just want to feel happy and less anxious. 

We launched our tea for this reason. A search for natural supplements to incorporate into our daily routines to help mental fog, stress, sleep, anxiety but also support our body as a whole. Mind, body and soul! We didn’t realised how things would get this year and that this would be a necessity to lot of people. So if you like herbal tea and looking after your mind and body, joins us in our campaign of a New Year of Wellness with Unique Blends.Other ways to support your mind, body and soul are: 

  • Set a goal and come up with a simple plan/make it measurable. We’ve had a year of lockdown and boredom but also loads of down time for reflection. What did you realise about your life that you didn’t like, or want to do more of? If you haven’t made that change already then start this New Year. Make goals measurable and easy to achieve, and most importantly WRITE THEM DOWN. 
  • Add more fruits and vegetables at each meal
    We all know fruit and veg is good for us! Consuming a variety of coloured fruits and vegetables have shown to promote longevity, disease prevention and overall wellness. EAT MORE OF THEM.
  • Keep healthy snacks near you at all times
    When healthy food is near, it’s easy to forgo the salty and sweet cravings. Fruit, nuts, seeds…. all of that!! 
  • Add one new healthy food each week
    Have a go at picking up some fruit or veg each week when you shop that you usually wouldn’t, give it a go the more varied your plate is the better. 
  • Drink half your body weight in water
    When the body is dehydrated, it doesn’t run efficiently. Drinking water has plenty of benefits including increasing energy, flushing out toxins, improving skin complexion and boosting immunity, to name a few. If you don’t like plain water, try infusing it or drinking a non-GMO, herbal tea.
  • Start your morning with a hydrating warm drink
